Good Morning! My question to you this morning is, I hope, thought provoking. How do you want to live? It seems like an easy question on the outside, but let yourself look a little deeper. In processing through the recent deaths in my family and the trials I have been enduring, I have really become aware of how I want to live. I want to live for my LORD and Savior. I want to have Him be my guide in fulfilling the life and purpose that He has set for me. I want to live humbly and compassionately. I want others to see Christ in me. I want, as David did, to live blamelessly. Not being perfect, because no one is, but blameless in the eyes of my LORD. Being blameless in loving God and accepting His forgiveness. I cannot do this, however, without His divine intervention and empowerment. So, I seek Him and do the best I can, in this human flesh that He has created.
"I will sing of your love and justice;
to you, O LORD, I will sing praise.
I will be careful to lead a blameless life--
when will you come to me?
I will walk in my house with a blameless heart."
Psalm 101:1-2
Father God, I ask for your continued guidance and provision. I thank you for this life that you have given me. I thank you for fixing what I mess up and erasing it from your memory. I thank you for the forgiveness that You have given me through the death of your Son and the promise of eternal fellowship with You. I love you LORD, and I lift my voice to worship you, oh my soul rejoice. Take joy my King in what You hear. May it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear. Amen.
